Death Lurks in the Bush Reviews
Almost gave it one star. The mystery was really obvious and easily solved, and I'm not a fan of the way the story was written. For one thing, far too many characters are thrown at you very quickly, and the descriptions are inadequate to help you distinguish them or to even get a good feel for the setting. Reading the earlier books in the series would probably clear everything up, but I don't feel like that should be necessary. The description on the back said that the book would help you to "immerse yourself in the Caribbean lifestyle" but it left me feeling like a tourist.
A fast little read set in the fictional Caribbean island of St. Chris. The main character is the dj/owner of a local radio station. The Queen of Denmark is headed to the island for a visit, but it may be cancelled if there's a killer on the loose.CMB
Loved this series.
