calendar girl Reviews
If you're a fan of forced feminization, female domination, and submissive male humiliation, then you'll find Calendar Girl a surprisingly original and exciting tale. Kylie Gable has turned the genre on its head a bit here, telling the tale entirely from the perspective of the women of the Delta Theta sorority. This is a story about young women learning the joy and the exhilaration of having absolute power over men, and of using those men for their own entertainment. The idea of using pin-up calendars as fund raising tools is hardly unique, and even the idea of putting men in pin-up drag has been done before. The twist here is in picking one lucky boy from campus, getting to know him, and learning precisely how to either entrap him or entice him into participating. It's not just an afternoon of cheesecake poses, either - a proper transformation takes weeks of public humiliation, involving everything from shopping for shoes and lingerie, to getting a public makeover. As for poor Brandon, we learn just enough to justify him as a target for the efforts of Jennifer and her sisters. He's short, skinny, and physically unimposing - an opportunistic gigolo who uses the freshman register to fake an interest in the likes and hobbies of the women around him. Beyond that, he exists only to be controlled, blackmailed, humiliated, and feminized. It's Jennifer who dominates the story, turning an awkward sorority project into first a passion, and then a lifestyle."I have discovered a part of me that I never knew existed before. I like being in charge and I like having power. Even more surprising, I enjoy the humiliation of the male of the species, something that Craig has discovered on those numerous occasions where I have mounted him with my strapon."It's a fun story, humiliating for sure, but never entirely cruel (in fact, there's even a mention at the end that Brandon has come to enjoy the humiliation). If you're a fan of the genre, and are curious to step outside the submissive sissy and enter the mindset of a dominant woman, then Calendar Girl is well worth a read.As published on Bending the Bookshelf
Brandon runs afoul of Jennifer and the other women of the Delta Theta sorority chapter at DuPont College. Unfortunately for Brandon, the sorority has a long history of publishing a yearly pinup calendar featuring a single beautiful woman, only it's not actually a woman. It's a string of hapless males, blackmailed and forcibly feminized by the sorority, and forced to pose for and promote a calendar that documents their feminization at the hands of the sorority sisters. The calendars have featured feminized men going back to 1968, and Dean Morris was actually a calendar girl in 1984, so he's certainly in no position to make things difficult for the women of Delta Theta.Brandon is tricked into giving a fake interview, claiming to be a crossdresser who dresses to pick up guys. He's thinks he's helping out Jennifer, a pretty freshman, with an Ab Psych assignment. He even agrees to let her photograph him in a number of feminine outfits, thinking that his face will be blacked out. When the sorority shows him a DVD of himself confessing to crossdressing, and engaging in gay sex with numerous men, and featuring images of himself dressing and applying makeup, Brandon freaks out, but he's overpowered by a group of the women, and Jennifer explains to him that they can destroy his reputation with a few keystrokes, unless he cooperates. They make Brandon take a warm bubble bath and shave everywhere, and then dress in a white bra and panty set. He's made to practice walking in heels, and his eyebrows are plucked to give them a feminine look. Eventually, he's tied to bed, before Jennifer lifts the skirt of his nightie, and locks him into a male chastity device. This is the first night of Brandi's intensive training at the hands of the sorority. She'll spend more than a month learning to look, think, and act like a girl, as Jennifer and her sisters strip her of her masculinity and her dignity. The story features humiliation, a bit of bondage and chastity, a feminized guy forced to kiss hundreds of unsuspecting college guys, as well as extended forced feminization. I especially liked Delta Theta's long and storied history of turning deserving men into sissies to support a woman's shelter. This story is a lot of fun.
loved it. the story take you through the whole process. very vivid and very sensual.
I don't like to rag on books I got for free because it's not like I spent any money on them. Still, the plot of this book is so needlessly complicated that it's silly. A bunch of presumably hot sorority girls blackmail an annoying guy into dressing like a girl to pose as a pinup girl for their charity calendar. Because that's a lot easier than just having the hot girls pose for pictures. The writing leaves a lot to be desired. Most of it feels more like someone summarizing the scenes rather than developing them into actual scenes. And there are a lot of silly dialog tags so that someone "declared" or "announced" or "demanded" or a dozen other synonyms for "said." So overall it's pretty amateurish. But again it was free so I'm not going to hate on it too much the way some people would. That is all.
Damn, I finished that too quickly. The story of how Brandon came to become Brandi and the sorority's calendar girl for that year. Set in the same DuPont College a few years after the "Welcome to College" books it turns out that there is a tradition of a fundraising calendar and for several years it had featured a male student transformed.
A fun frolic into forced feminization I enjoyed this story. The characters are likable and the scenario is fun and entertaining. It's not too harsh or hardcore, just a bit of fun fantasy.
As the audiobook narrator, I had a whole different level of fun when reading this book. The characters are fun, and the women are empowered. This was the first book I'd read about forced feminization, and I thought it was a lot of fun. I loved the idea of not only dressing up a college guy as a sexy young woman, but photographing him for all twelve months of the year.
