I have to get this off my chest before I finish this third book in the Irish Heart trilogy: the proofreading was abysmal. It seemed to get worse from book 1 to 3 and is beginning to detract from the story. Missing words, wrong words, mistakes in tense, and general typos, all contributed to my somewhat disappointed view of the entire trilogy. I fail to understand how an author can put a novel out for publication without careful proofreading. But given all that I loved the story and rounded up my 4.5 stars to 5. I can see how the author connected with the characters and the settings for each book in the trilogy. It was most definitely an entire story and certainly could have been one book instead of three. But marketing worked in this case as I purchased the second and third books after receiving the first one free from Amazon via BookBub. Do not try to read any of the books as stand-alone novels! I kept thinking about how Gone with the Wind would have been divided into a series of books if published today. The author's next book is apparently set in Scotland so I will be eagerly anticipating it and hoping the proofreading improves!

IntrigueI enjoyed the plot, the setting, and the characters. After the Irish Cottage which was free, I debated buying the other two books in the series, but as the library did not carry them, I did. I liked book 1, but As I finished book 2, I had to know what happened and immediately opened book 3. Very thankful I had already bought both as I did not want even a one minute delay to order via kindle. My one negative comment was that the author need not have given so much detail to the physical relationship of Lara and Connor. It is often better to allow space for the readers imagination, and the writing and story is so good, you do not need to bow to the marketing pressure of 'sex sells'

I loved, loved, loved this entire series! It was so easy for me to immerse myself in these characters and enjoy their journeys. I seriously could not put them down and had to force myself to close the Kindle and go to bed and the next day I couldn't wait to start reading again. I think we could all use a "Mags" in our lives to help us rediscover who we are and how to get ourselves back on track. Looking so forward to reading Juliet's next book! P.S. On a recent Girls' weekend, I found myself purchasing a beautiful handcrafted Celtic Cross from an Irish artisan. A special gift to myself - not only a reminder of how much I loved reading "The Irish Cottage" but also a reminder to just LIVE!!!!

Beth's journey started when she left California for Ireland and then went on to London and now she is in Paris. She's come to Paris to find the missing pieces in her life and to figure out where she belongs in it all and to hopefully bring everything full circle. I don't want to give anything away so I'm not going to say anything else about the story line. I loved this series. I became so caught up in the characters, the story lines and the twists and turns, oh my!Congratulations to Juliet Gauvin on a magnificent trilogy!

This, the third book of the series, was better than the second. The characters are well-developed. There is suspense, which adds greatly to the story. The fairytale style of most of the plot, however, was disconcerting for me. Unlike in book two, the characters started learning from their mistakes. This was a very good thing, since it showed that growth was possible for the main characters.

EnjoyableI have read all three books in this series. I loved visiting Ireland, London and Paris. The heroine is searching for her roots and honoring a deceased aunt's wishes. In the process she meets every woman's dream guy. They have a strong attraction with makes for steamy sex. A bit far fetched but still enjoyable.

I really enjoyed these three books. Again I will admit that they were predictable except for the twist at the end of book three. They were all quick reads and great for vacation. The negative comment I have is there were too many names for some of the characters and I got confused . I also noticed a few typos in the kindle version.

Unable to put this book down!I believe this was the best book of The Irish Heart Series. It had more suspense & just the right amount of romance. I never knew which way it would go until the very end. Juliet have won me over as an author & I will look for more of your books to enjoy in the future!

This trilogy/love story kept me reading even though there were numerous typos and several spots without enough information to be able to understand what followed. By no means good writing. If you want a break and quick read with the expected happy ending the basic plot will keep you reading.

Oooooh, The third installment of the Irish Heart and I absolutely could not put it down. Here we are at the bend in the road...ahh Paris, an amazing sense of revisiting this gorgeous city and the new apartment that Elizabeth may or may not choose to call home after reuniting with Connor Bannon, and the quest for answers come drip drip drip in between all the usual challenges that life throws in the way of the couple. The search for Matthieu, and other surprising connections, the fears that Connor has for the safety and threats to his bliss which leaves the reader wondering if he is a control freak (maybe) but Elizabeth has challenges too and grows a spine through her journey. She has finally developed that attitude..if you can walk away from it, then you are free to make choices. All the pieces to the puzzle are there..this is sort of like a middle age Cinderella story as it unfolds, Connor is opening yet another Auction House in Paris despite some weird roadblocks and the search for whodunit. And I cannot say more because this journey is too delicious to give away to the reader/seeker of the old, new and future. Trust me...we should all be this fortunate.

This was a satisfying end to the trilogy with a few twists and turns thrown in. The main characters luck did seem just a little too good at times but as a feel good story it is expected. I enjoyed the journey with Beth and Connor and I think I would read further novels by Gauvin.

Loved all three books and hope this is not the end of Lara and Conner's adventure's and love story. If it is then I hope the authors visit to Scotland will inspire another series for us all to enjoy. Will be waiting with anticipation for what ever it is that Ms Gauvin decides to write.

If there is such a thing as good fluff books this series was in that category. Nothing that will strain your brain. Good vacation reads.

Good ending but not quite up to the other twoI enjoyed the book but had taken a break from The London Flat and got lost at several points. I feel that if you had not read the previous books you would have difficulty with the book. I also was confused that the main character was called by several different names. All in all though, I was happy with the ending.

Sweet and sexyA great escape book. All the elements of a good romance with just the right amount of sexy romance. Yes, the story was a far fetched fantasy, but fun to read.

Disappointing last book. It so was the second one. I only read this because I had bought the second and third books at the same time.
